Information About The 2023 Homeowner Tax Relief Grant (HTRG)
What you need to know:

  • The grant was approved by the Governor and General Assembly of the State of Georgia on March 13th, 2023
  • HTRG is a one-time reduction for the 2023 tax year
  • The HTRG will be automatically applied to any bill with a Homestead Exemption
  • The HTRG will amount up to an $18,000 reduction of assessed value of the property.

  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day
  • Memorial Day
  • July 4th
  • Labor Day
  • Veterans Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Day after Thanksgiving
  • Two days at Christmas - December 23 and 25
